Anti-Harassment Policy and Online Code of Conduct

Etruscan Press is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

The success of the online workshop necessitates trust and respect among and between the workshop leader and participants. The online workshop includes rules of engagement that must be followed so each participant’s work and voice may be heard and valued. No behavior that erodes that trust will be tolerated.

Participants are expected to…

demonstrate respect and consideration for all participants.

communicate openly and thoughtfully with others, listen well to others, and be considerate of the multitude of views and opinions that are different than their own.

be collaborative.

follow the rules and policies established by the workshop leader.
